annual leave ?

dom said this morning he will be handing out annual leave forms next week for next years leave starting april 2015,why the hell do we have to do our leave so early,its crazy it should be done mid January,how can you plan 6 months + in advance.

Some firms plan their leave over a year in advance and so doing our now isn't too bad especially if you need to try and get the same weeks as The Mrs. It also helps if your need to book a holiday.

don't worry you might get holiday forms in early October but if its anything like our office you will be lucky to see the results before next january

Its part of national agreement, supposed to complete leave selection for next year by start of october, all offices should be doing it around now, gives peope better chance to plan holidays properly rather than just booking something last minute
