Hi all. I have been offered a job with my local royal mail and the hours are 10 till 2.30 Monday to Saturday with 1 day off. Can anyone advise me how many Saturdays this is a month please?

But it depends entirely on what system your local office operate under. I never get Saturdays off (even after 10 years) as the majority of CWU members in my office wanted fixed days. Other offices get 1 in 4 Saturdays off, some get 1 in 6 and some get 1 in 3.
However, fair warning, as a reserve, which is what you'll become after your bedding in period, its unlikely you'll know till the previous week when your day off for a particular week is. A reserve is moved to duties that are vacant because of leave etc.
