Our office is trialing UTR (Under The Roof), my shift patterns are changing from 5 days to 6 days , with a day off in the week. I asked my union rep, will they have to give us 28 days notice for the shift change, he said no, because its a trial and not permanent. Is this correct, please can you let me know.

Although its not permanent what period of time is the trial going to last and therefore a REASONABLE employer should at least give 7 days notice before the commencement of the change to shift pattern allowing you to make changes to your personal circumstances.1080p wrote:Our office is trialing UTR (Under The Roof), my shift patterns are changing from 5 days to 6 days , with a day off in the week.
