What is the rules regarding sd's? Is ot 1pm or 1245.

Most DOs have a cut off point of 1245 when deciding whether you should take it with you or inform management that you won't make it on time, it's just a safety buffer.
It won't trigger a fail on the system until 1301 though.

and what time is your finishing time on your dutie and was this time used in the revisions when planing jobs for the overtime merchants.

About time we treated Specials on Saturday as normal to sign for, unless they have paid for SG (Saturday guaranteed). People are paying for this when they don't need to

12:59 on the PDA we have been told. If it says 13:00 it is a failure.... or simply don't put it on PDA but stick it on the old bit paper and change time to suit, claiming the PDA froze/ battery dies etc.

i have seen a few of those in my time ,, Honest it went wonky ,, but it started to work again about an hour later ,,, must have needed charged :whistle :whistle

If its delivered at 1.01pm as the time showing on your PDA then technically it has Failed...


And the customer has every right to claim the money back what they paid for it to be delivered.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

There's no technical or otherwise about it, it hasn't failed. Unless they pay for Saturday delivery, the due time is 1pm Monday.
