How long does it take 1 person to do 1 York of flats. No letters.
Lately in our office managers have been calling people on overtime ips at 5:30

Depends on the ACF which I think is determined by the parent mailcentre but if it was me factoring in a coffee, two smoke breaks and a game of Angry Birds on my phone...about two days, give or take a day.

In our office a reasonable average is about 2 mins a tray. Not the fastest or slowest sorter and a mix of different thickness of flats.

All recognised timings on letters, flats, packets etc are based on one minute tests .. end of! DOMs will just make up figures to suit themselves.
I know it is treasonable to suggest that any DOM may be economical with the truth as and when it suits, but hey, who really ever believes anything that management say ..
