Quick question re conduct code.

Am I right that the conduct code and the standards within apply equally to managers as well as uniform grades? Or is there a seperate code for managers?

The Conduct code is an agreement with the CWU so only the grades they represent are covered by it. There may or may not be a separate code for managers and that will be an issue for UNITE - CMA, but they do refer to it in this letter from 2007 http://archive.unitetheunion.org/pdf/15 ... 20code.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Thanks, the conduct code specifically states that it applies to all employees irrespective of grade. this is is just a general point I'm wondering about. If there are seperate codes for staff and management where would I get the managers version?

They just cover it up sure it is the same as you could sue royal mail if you were treated differently how can a manager not up hold the standards which they would charge you with.
