Manager and the cafe

Are managers meant to leave the office unattended , just the phg in there , while they go to the cafe or not , i understand they got to eat ,just doesn't seem very professional

Yes - if the "PHG"is there then its not unattended.

But its only an opinion.

Thought there were meant to be at least 2 people in the office for security purposes.

We can't open up at night unless there are 2 of us there.

It would depend on your security risk assessment. Having two on nights is for safety reasons not security. Our late opening callers offices are mostly run by one person who locks up on their own when they finish. On night opening it has to be two because IPS etc is risk assessed as higher safety risk than working in callers office due to more manual handling.

He or she can do ANYTHING they run the place . I seen mine once going in MacDonald's once as I was delivering in there said am going to video you just laffed and said whatever :shock: :chuckle

There should be a lone worker risk assessment if only one person left in the office.
