.Our office has and is still progressing through a complicated and badly handled revision.Unfortunately our Union Rep,who is lovely but a little inexperienced is on sick leave and our excellent Area Rep is on leave and we have questions that we'd genuinely like answers to.As for VR,I was offered this,I accepted,was informed by my DOM, 'the paperwork is in the post', only to be informed two days later,I could'nt have it !!!! 
At present I have lodged a grievance complaint against my DOM/Royal Mail.The practice of offering employees VR,then to revoke at the eleventh hour is abhorent and should be stopped 
And so I 
for an upheld complaint as I jump through the hoops of the Grievance Procedure 
Wish me luck....eh
