Job cuts in Collections

According to a joint statement between RM and the CWU by lunch time Friday we were supposed to have all outstanding issues regarding the Post Box Strategy resolved. It's now 4pm and nothing is out yet...what we want to know is what is the job loss strategy? What will happen to the surplus staff?

Surplus staff!!!!!!!!!!!! We haven't enough to go round as it is. It only takes a couple to go off sick and we are in the mire.

Think most DOs must be down to the bare bones regarding staffing levels. One only has to sneeze in our office, and a manager sh***s his pants.

I think it's probably the same on some shifts in MCs as well
