It would be beneficial to you if you have kept a record in diary form with times and dates to support your complaint. If you can also produce witness statements from work colleagues to substantiate your claim. Copies of statements will be sent to the other party and your work colleagues may be reluctant to give statements in fear of retribution and the investigating officer may allow anonymity in certain circumstances.spiderj wrote:As stated anyone been through this and anything to look out for

Remember that the other party will also have the opportunity to lodge statements in their defence in an attempt to show that your complaint has not been given in good faith and you will also receive copies of these.
It would be in your favour that your complaint is not an isolated case against this person and this person has been the subject of other B&H complaints.
If the investigating manager feels that your complaint has not been given in good faith then this could become a conduct code issue.
Hope you get the support of your workmates.

At a recent ET case the respondents submitted an appeal on the grounds that the complainant had used a recording device at a disciplinary interview and it went to EAT who gave the decision that it was not illegal to use a recording device at meetings.zx135 wrote:spiderj wrote:As stated anyone been through this and anything to look out for
