Easy bit of docket though if you get rid of all packets with neighbours easily add another 30 mins to your round. Do management really consider this? If offices up and down the country suddenly had a big increase in hours they'd be up in arms.

It's got to be combined with a reduced SA collection later. 100% nailed on. They'll be hopingto make the saving there, although it could increase docket/ot on a round that has collections earlier added to it?

I'd sooner deliver to a neighbour than have a frustrated customer - It's a service we now provide and a long overdue one at that. I've not noticed it adding time to my delivery but it's certainly saved me time messing about checking packets back in and taking redeliveries. Time I can now spend getting the next days D2D's in.
