26 weeks plus your accrued RM pension (slightly enhanced) and pension lump sum, if you are paying into any RM pension scheme.

If you are not paying into an RM pension scheme you would get 61.875 weeks VR payment.

Do you really believe that " redundacy " WILL be offered to delivery staff ? So for our local delivery office DOM is saying big " No "

If/when this is offered i wonder if "skills" will come into it? Say 5 slots become available 10 people apply 5 of which are drivers, DOM says he can't afford to lose drivers so non-drivers get preference regardless of service

It's a small rural office, only 9 employed there, they need to cut 2 full timers and only two of us have enquired about vr.

If you are still (paying) in a RM pension scheme, you would get the pension due (plus pension lump sum) based on your contributions, slightly enhanced plus 26 weeks VR payment.

If you are not paying into an RM pension scheme at all, you get VR depending on your age and length of service, with a minimum of 26 weeks VR with 2 years service to a maximum of 104 weeks VR if you are over 57 with at least 20 years service.

The figure I quoted of 61.875 weeks VR was for the op who is 57 with 11.5 years service, if he is not in a RM pension scheme - though he probably is still in a RM pension scheme.

In answer to your question you might not get that amount, as I said the VR payment would depend on your age and length of service.
It wouldn't matter how long you have been out of the RM pension schemes, just that you are out of them.
