Updating the sorting frames

My usual frame bears no relation to how the walk is actually done [and hasn't done for some time]. Whenever someone different does it I have to write up a set of complicated guidance notes to help them. I feel bad for them as doing a different round can be daunting enough [mine's like a maze compared to some]. When should they be updated?

See your manager about it.. He might give you a layout form to fill in... If he is in a good mood

Either your Manager or some other trained person, usually called the A Plus Champion, can change it directly on a computer. Those changes are usually updated and reflected in your sequenced mail before the frame labelling has been updated so make sure you push them to get those labels printed ASAP.
