Sa but only to senior staff

What's the fairest way to allocate Sa. In Chelmsford all senior staff get 12hr leaving almost nothing for junior staff but our repo is allowed 15hrs. What systems do you use.

OT in our office is allocated on an aggregrate list system ensuring it is fairly distribute among anyone who wants it, if its not being fairly distributed put in a grievance to your manager

Seer your manager if not go above your rep that allocation of overtime is unfair seniority or not all staff should be treated equally and fair put it on a rota system some weeks you will get more other weeks less fair way everyone gets a bite of the cherry

they can't give away SA in our place. 3 hours indoor, 4 and a half outside, then they expect another 3-4 hours driving about doing collections after you are physically/mentally burst. no thanks
