we should stop specials before 1 anyway i mean we nearly always finish way past 1 why not make it up to 4pm as long as its guaranteed thats all customer wants

actually some customers do want it delivered in mornings and before 9etc

They really should put stuff like that on the front cover - all I usually see is "RECYCLE ME", so I do

Ok so we don't have to deliver them by 1pm but we already knew that here. It would have been more helpful if she'd answered the main question asked - can we post them through if they don't need a sig? (having scanned them as delivered, obviously). Big differences of opinion on that here.

I've cut that out and am going to stick it up in the locker. That way if anything goes wrong I can point it out.

asked our DIM, he said to ignore it we still have to deliver them before 1 pm even if we have to go out of our way wasting time to do it or we get conducted,, shame he doesnt read the courior

On a Saturday, only yellow stickered "SG" Specials need to be attempted before 1pm, the customer pays an extra premium for this. Ordinary Specials can be delivered anytime on Saturday, while Internationals can be delivered anytime on any day.

Yet so many depots are told all items signed for from the locker must be attempted by 1pm.

If incorrect instructions were not being given out, imagine all the minutes would be saved in unrequired diversions on delivery, giving time to do some lapsing or attempting DTNs.

The system will see any special whether RM or foreign, as having failed if delivered after 13:00
