Hi, i just wanted to know when comparing weekly traffic to the model week, should d2d be included or not?

Yes - they are now an official part of the workload.

Thanks. Its because dom has been saying that its separate and we only need to deal with real mail traffic numbers. This appears to be done as a way of keeping levels looking lower than the really are which then allows more lapsing. Thanks again.

whe your comparing are you just looking at the figures or the output from the IWT?
