help. what does this mean? my wage slip says arrears of weekday overtime @ sspr 9 hours amount - £113.34

Overtime rate that includes Delivery Supplement pro-rata between your contracted hours and FT 39 hours, so a PT doing 39 hours and a FT doing 39 hours both get the same gross pay. "First ten hours" o/t rate is lower than the SSPR, from 39 to 49 hours. Then the o/t rate goes below the basic pay rate and you need a sanity check. :nervous

It used to, but that's changed since the pay rise this year. OT rate 'over 10 hrs' is now exactly the same rate as basic. OT '1st 10 hrs' is about 35p/hr higher than that.
