D2D Allowance

Why is the payment pro - rata ? The full timers put them in the frame as part of their early morning duty. I can't see why there is a pay difference.

Any thoughts.

There's no such thing as a d2d allowance anymore. It was turned into the delivery supplement which is fixed

There is no difference we all get the same rate of Delivery Supplement per hour, up 39 hours. Its just shown differently for PTimers doing overtime.

someone has to pay us full timers the extra money just deliver them :nana

The fact is the part timers got stitched up when this change came in. The payment that part timers get regularly is lower than it would have been with the old pay per item system.

30 hour Part-Timers lost an average £30 per week at my place and got roughly £15.00 when it came in.

Full Timers lost £30 per week and £12.50 of pay protection from ESA = £42.50 getting roughly £20.back.


Part-timers lost £15.00 - Full timer £22.50

Based on hours Part-timers lost 50p per hour Full Timers 56¼p

Not sure where Part-Timers got stiched up to be honest.

surely our delivery supplement should be increased if we are lapsing up to 4 rounds a day. RM are saving money with less people doing more

if those people are only working their normal hours then why should they get any extra? and those who do work over are supposed to be paid the overtime
