I don't know because it's based on age, length of service and pay but assuming you think that £75k is 2 years pay then nobody will get that after only 10 years.

The ones going at Bristol have all been with Royal Mail for more than 20 years so get two years pay maximum redundancy. I took late shift average pay of £35,000 a year then added a sweetener that they probably get on top going by previous manager redundancies of the past. I can remember one going at least 8 years ago at about shift manager level or just above who got £90,000. It is likely that those managers left behind at Bristol will be unable to cope with the change.

18 months maximum if you are under 55. If you are over 55 then it's 6 months pay and your pension is enhanced unless it costs more than the equivalent of 2 years pay. No "sweeteners".

18 months pay was the maximum VR for non-ops managers, I get mine in 3 weeks

Operational managers get a better deal and indeed get a maximum of 24 months pay if they fit the age and service criteria so £75k is a fair guess.

No sweetners though but I did get 13 weeks PILON on top of mine.
