Never in all my years of working
Do I feel so deflated belittled De motivated and worthless from management.
I work my arse off from the time I start to the time I finish, I do not want or require to work overtime. Yet I am subjected to being spoken down to, in and out The office like a yoyo . Accused of wilful delay, speaking to managers in an incorrect manner. All because I cannot take flexing on days where I would go past my time.i am always threatened with if I cannot complete or take the flexing I will be in the office.
All the early starters, throwing off 2 walks sometimes 3 before there start time, are left alone.
I simply cannot work over my finish time. I follow all the correct procedures.
This has lead to me having chest pains, I feel anxious and worthless in my job. I'm currently on sick leave as I worry about my health with the cheat pains. I cannot sleep properly worrying what will tomorrow be like.
What can I do re union, atos, help etc. I want to work, do a good days graft and go come to enjoy my life not feel like this.

Re: harassment, bullying
Sorry to hear of your problems japost... all too prevalent within post-privatisation Royal Mail...
The CWU is apparently silent on these issues... which have magnified ten-fold since October of last year... I've come to the conclusion that the Union feel they can do no more for us... getting staff to sign-up at other courier companies seems to be their priority...
You can request an ATOS referral if your DIM has not already done so...
Your post seemed to come from the heart... maybe send something similar directly to Moya at 'justsayit'... she has to sit up and take notice at some point... if senior management don't take heed from what they are hearing from the shop floor the repercussions could be serious if someone passes the 'tipping point'... good luck...

Re: harassment, bullying
I am very sorry to hear of your problems.
I have witnessed a colleague who was subjected to B&H over a long period of time and the effects were quite devastating. He was fortunate in the respect that his GP was able to provide him with a lot of support and as a consequence he did not return to work until he was fully able to do so. I would like to say that the B&H stopped but of course it didn't, it was just done in a more subtle way ... bullies never change and RM continue to support them rather than the victims.
The best of luck to you.

Re: harassment, bullying
I cannot understand why management continue to bully and harrass workers, which leads to workers going sick due to stress/anxiety. Surely they would rather have workers who are motivated to come in every day and work hard, even if they leave behind their lapsing and go home on time, which they are perfectly entitled to do anyway ??

Re: harassment, bullying
I know someone who did exactly that, all they got back was some drivel about them being disillusioned etc. they couldn't care less. Never have, never will. Privatisation just makes it worse.lollollol wrote:Sorry to hear of your problems japost... all too prevalent within post-privatisation Royal Mail...
