On long term sick
Hi i am on long term sick and my manager has told me my pay will cease 24th july as i have had 26 weeks full pay and 26 weeks half pay. Going back to january when the full pay was coming to an end i was informed that i had 3 weeks holiday entitlement which i could take and would receive full pay.My question is as things stand as of 24th july i have only had 23 weeks half pay so am i due an extra 3 weeks to take it upto 26 weeks half pay? its all so confusing.

you get paid 26 weeks full pay and 26 weeks half pay on a 3 year rolling basis.
if you have had some other paid sickness in th elast 3 years that will account for your 3 missing ( half pay ) weeks.

If in the RM pension scheme you 'may' get sick pay at pension rate-No idea how much it is.
You also 'may' be entitled to ssp https://www.gov.uk/statutory-sick-pay/overview" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
You 'might' of been entitled to ssp while you have been on half pay as well.
Then there is the tax credit adjustment.
