Ill health retirement payment

I finished working for Royal Mail on 28/6 and was ill health retired. since then I have received 2 weekly payslips of a flat wks pay?. Im not sure when I am due my lump sum payment and my holiday pay and lieu of notce payments? and any paperwork regarding my ill health retirement,any help would be appreciated thnx

You should have had the payslip today and the money in your account tomorrow,looks like you have some phone calls to make.

To my knowledge paperwork detailing your last day of service and amount of lump sum would have been posted to you ?

Thats what I thought Red Robbo,bit strange? but there you go,just have to try get hold of someone at Royal Mail Monday to clarify whats happening.thnx for help
