Ohs assist & transfer

hi if someone could help i would be most thankful, i was seen by an ohs assist doctor in march and he wrote a report that i was not fit for walking duties and needed alternative work & redeployment. i was sent to the local mail centre and have remained their ever since. i have requested a permanant transfer but have been told there is no full time work there despite them employing over 100 agency staff & having over 2000 hours overtime per week ( yes really ).
today i was called back to my office for the 4th interview with the dom who stated that he wanted my issue resolving asap.i believe he wants me back on my walking duty but the docs report states i need to be off this indefinately. my cwu official was unable to be with me at this interview and i told the dom i did not wish to proceed but he stated i didn't need one as it wasn't a conduct case. he then stated as a wpc he was removing this allowance because i wasn't doing any coaching even though i told him i was available to do it whenever he wanted me. i asked about t&s but he said i wasn't entitled to this either even though i pointed out that i didn't request a move to the mail centre. nothing has been put in writing and i need to know where to go next. needless to say this is causing me a great deal of stress and anxiety as i believe they will push for medical retirement. any help/advice would be welcome ( sensible please)

How many more times - NEVER, EVER go into any meeting without your Rep.
Managers these days make everything up as they go along.
Without someone who has the knowledge to refute them, they resort to lies and propaganda to force people to go along with them.

A good rep is worth his weight in gold, even a bad rep is some help.

I have spoken to a manager who was a Wpc before he went to the dark side, you can be one even if not medically fit to do an actual delivery best advice he gives is to go an see your Union rep, or go above him if you need. Apparently they can't just take it off you and you don't need to be doing a delivery duty to be a delivery coach.

thanks, that what i said in my ' interview '...am always willing to do some but he's never asked me to do any.
