Contract and payslip and days off a week advise.

I posted this in the Blueshirts forum but it was suggested to bring this into here.
Ive been at the RM for 1yr and I initially started on a 23.24hr contract over 3 days(over 3 days was in the online advert). After 4 weeks I was put up 25hrs a week but this was over 5 days but because my duty is to cover annual leave I always do about 30hrs. I initially took this job to work 3 maybe 4 days a week due to other commitments so I sort of felt automatically putting me upto 25 was so they could get me in 5 days.
Anyway 4 weeks ago I was made permanent and the contract that came through was back to my 23.24hrs, however my payslip still has my basic over 25hrs although when I put overtime in I always base it after 25hrs. Before I signed it I brought it up with my boss and he just told me to sign it.

So now am i officially back to 3 days a week? Im still on the rota over 5 duty days a week so have always been told to put in overtime everyday after 5hrs (5x5=25hrs). Im tempted to phone HR up and tell them they need to put my basic back down to 23.24. Someone in the other forum told me they can get me in on as many days as they want which on a 23.24 I find strange as id be only working 4hrs 40mins a day and would be coming in when everyone is out delivering.

Hi we are dealing with a problem like this at the moment what is making it difficult is that although the job advert was for 24 hours over three days when the opg checked his contract it didn't mention 3 days at all,The only duties left in the office are over 5 days but understandably they want to work over 3 days as per the job advert .This is now being dealt with by area.
