Forgive me if I am repeating anything here but was the idea to give us up to 5 D2D's a week & only pay us for 3? how do they decide which ones we get paid for? oh sorry it'll be probably the heaviest ones we don't get paid for?

That WAS the idea. I don't know where they're at now. But there is good money to be made from D2Ds for RM. Modernisation of working practices should allow employees to be motivated by sharing in this success. We won't be motivated at all if we don't get paid for each and every one, will we?

Just to put your clear management do know what motivate, enfranchise, and supportive mean. Just they choose, either by choice or by dictact to but de, dis an un in front of all those words.

That's right on the money. We want money now not some time in the future. The promise of phantom share cash in 5 years time is not going to pay my mortgage next month. I will take out more D2D but I want paying for them. Hell 6 D2D a week I could make £60.
