Door stepping
I found it laughable to read In the latest edition of the courier that putting parcels in porches is classed as door stepping. Am I to understand this that the mail going through the letter box of a porch is also being door stepped. And if that is correct should I have been disciplined about 400 times today for door stepping my mail??? If the door is open and the packet (parcel) lands in the same place HTF can that be called door stepping?
