Does anyone know anything about executive action taking place in east London?
I've heard doms are breaking agreements, and divisional reps have told them to stop or there will be trouble, which will involve the whole of London

I cant tell you its not just London were this is going on . in our office nothing has change btw the old agreement and the new one , more harassment by doms to save money etc.

Yes there was executive action in East London but this has now been withdrawn following a meeting between Divisional rep and the Delivery Director.

So Dingo, what action will Royal Mail be taking against the Manager that was the cause of this executive action. Are CWU insisting that he is taken through the disciplinary code and removed from his job for incompetence and failure to follow Royal Mail procedures. Just as many of our members are continually being dragged through conduct coding for the smallest of misdemeanors. What,s good for the goose, is good for the gander.

That manager deserves to be removed, he should know he must ask the staff how many sugars they take in their beverage and if the armchairs are comfortable enough and if they fancy doing any work today.
