...nearly get hit by a car!

Delivered my mail (well, some is mine and some is next doors, will have to deliver that in a bit) and then she just went charging back across the road, a driver had to carry out a emergency stop and honked its horn at her.
She either chose to ignore it or was completely oblivious to the event (wouldn't surprise me, she's always plugged in with music blaring)) and carried on running down the road. The car carried on too

Meanwhile i'm sat here shaking for two reasons, firstly seeing something like that scares the sh*t outta me, she cant have been much more than a meter from being in hospital, even though she wasn't hurt it was still scary to see.

and second, the realisation that some of these people are just incapable of thinking FULL STOP.
It's not that they just don't care about doing the job right, or that they can't see that they are creating lapsing opportunities or scope to cut office hours.
These people are literally risking their own lives in order to finish a couple of hours early and make themselves look good/others look crap.

I really don't know what to do with this, Is it worth reporting it knowing full well that nothing will done or if she is spoken to she and others will never change they way they work.
or just keep quite with my disgust and contempt for these people ever increasing

On the car incident I would do nothing except mention it in passing, with the person concerned, how much it scared you.

As to mis delivered mail - well in this instance you are a customer so the choice is up to you. You would have to go through the same process of other customers by calling or filling out the on-line form.
