Whitwood Office walked today
Apparently. Anyone got confirmation or background, rumours are that it was because there would be no pressure overtime.

Strange that is! No pressure OT should mean cutting off not walking out unless there is bullying and harassment added to things.
I doubt there has been that many pressure OT paid in my office since Xmas. I have not had any even with the Newspaper nonsense...

I'd heard a member of staff got suspended for swearing at the delivery director.
So the staff walked in support of them, not sure why they swore, or if indeed they did.

theres plenty of it at our office...if they dont pay it, it does'nt get done...plenty working their days off as well.

Yup! I can confirm it was all over one incident regarding a member of staff and an asshole mgr...this was the second of two suspensions regarding a colleagues language towards a mgr.
From what I was told it really wasn't anything serious! But you know how management love to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
Moral is at an all time low at Whitwood DO. The regular DOM is on sick (Stress apparently!
) and a female mgr and a git deputy are now running the show.
BTW is anyone keeping their eye on the share price?
