What are reserves entitled to?

Hi all
M just putting this up to find outwhat reserves are actually entitled to at work eg 1 in 6, change of days the day before without notice,
Just basic rules thet we are not getting as I have to go into our useless office as us reserves are getting so fed up of being constantly messed about at last minute
the only female reserve gets alot of saturdays offs, has easy 2 hour round, is also in a relationship with a manager so really is getting it easy,
The reserves are getting fed up we had to fight recently for our 1 in 6 and now are being threatened with it getting removed as the rounds cannotbe covered, our 1 in 6 are not guaranteed as they move our weekends off with no notice apart from the rounds going on the board saturday afternoon and if you query it you get told they go up on thursdays so I keep pictures on the Saturday morning as proof

Please anyhelp would be appreciated as to what we really are entitled to

Whether you're reserve or have a duty you're entitled to get 1 in 6 as close to it as they can get it. If you can't get one when it's due then you should get one the following week if the duties that need covering and holidays allow it. Some people go months without a Saturday ad that's not right. It's in black and white somewhere hopefully someone can find it for you.

I think all offices are different, unless duties are allocated to reserves you can't gurantee 1 in 6 Saturdays off.
In my office reserves sign for duties in seniority, so number 1 reserve can have every Saturday off if duties allow it

All offices are different but the 1 in 6 or 1 in 4 which ever duty structure has been picked, all reserves are entitled to it as well so if that means a manager having to pay ot to allow it or a more senior reserve getting a different day off due to him getting more than 1 in 6 off then that's what has to happen and if the reserves are not getting their entitlement they should get their roe to insist on it or go above him to area rep to get what they are entitled to
