SA holiday supplements

Could some one clarify the way SA holiday supplements are now paid.I have a weekend SA of 8 hours every two weeks I have been told by our book room that I will be paid for this duty when I am on leave but only if I am due to perform that SA that week I am on leave.So if any week I am leave and my weekend SA was not due to fall I will get no payments.Looking at my 6 weeks leave this year I only miss one of my weekend SA when I have two weeks together the other weeks I am not due in.So over the year I will only get one payment.My supplement last year was over £300 spread over two payments so it seems I'll be £200 down this year.
Have got this right or have I been given the wrong information by our SR unit?

This new system is a joke,I have just had two weeks leave told them before I went off that I expect my SA Holiday pay to be in my wages,Guess what not been paid spoke to gaffer and he said doesn't know how to pay it.Lazy twat I told him pick up the phone and find out of hr it ain't rocket science.

Apparently its all stopping and going back how it used to be

has that information came from sheffield HR office or local rep.? be good to go back to old system our SRU havnt a clue about new system.
