What I think you're referring to is Indoor Work Flow, which is effectively an attempt at indoor efficiency. (Its where they provide backless IPS fittings, porter trolleys, mini-york containers and dedicated sorters, porters and prep'ers)

Whilst it is not really World Class Mail it is understandable that you make the mistake. It is after all throwing money and resources into trying to fix something quickly which has worked through evolution over many years only to find that it the end result isn't on a par with the outlay.

Porters oh yes they were supposed to accompany backless frames, we got the frames but didn't have enough staff to prep and porter, so preppers just walk round the back of the frames instead of the front, a massive saving no doubt

its the same with us ,no porters so you have to empty them your self from the back,those bungies to part , trying to get your mail out of the top shelf, mini yorks which i now have to take out twice to van as partner is part time, yeah im saving a lot of time

This company really is a Bloody Joke....It's a good job nobody's lives rely on us It just seems to be a continuing GAME played by suited Buffoons trying to rearrange the deckchairs on the Bloody Titantic.

Wouldn't it be nice just to try and get on with our job.....Which is by the way, for any Management that happen to be trollin the site, posting letters through peoples letterboxes!

It's got bugger all to do with sitting on your arse in the office, trying to fiddle the figures you enter into the countless number of reports. Just to ensure you keep your immediate "Superior" happy and ensure you secure you latest Un-earned bonus.
