Overpayments

If anyone can advise me it would be greatly appreciated.

I was overpaid an allowance for 13 weeks because my manager did not complete the my transfer on PSP.

It was agreed that I would pay back the amount @ £20 per week.

Yesterday I received my Business transformation bonus and my arrears all came out in one go.

Is this lump sum repayment allowed even though an amount has been agreed to be paid weekly.

Aye,as long as the amounts correspond tho.

Your better off paying it from a lump sum in my eyes as then your clear and you don't owe owt.

Helps to have an understanding partner/kids/cat etc

Did they reimburse the tax and insurance you would have already paid on the over payment ?

Its doubfull you've been taxed twice/although it happened to me in another job,check with your tax centre,they'll know the score.
