Sickness Policy

Hi
Could someone please send a link to the RM sickness policy? I have been with RM for 7 months and have been signed off work for 2 wks with a knackered knee , I have a permanent contract but I would rather not take the time off as I dont think I'll get paid, would I get Statutory Sick Pay from the government? Also, do I run the risk of getting sacked given that I'm not long in the job.

The sacking side - 99% of the time no. It would be highly unusual, they may extend the probation period but that's probably it in most normal circumstances.

There is an attendance procedure though so it would be best to read it
