Does anyone know if you go sick whilst on annual leave do you get your leave back?
I know you used to, but is that still the case?

Yes as it's an EU ruling - look on gov.uk for it. Although i'm not sure if you have to add it to NEXT years leave, yet, as i'm in the same boat.

so can you go from sick to leave and then back to sick without going from stage 1 to stage 2 at least that it is what I am being told. due to take summer leave in two weeks don/t think I will be back to work before my leave is due to start thanks.5plusbonusball wrote:Yes as it's an EU ruling - look on gov.uk for it. if you are on continuous sick you get your leave back and you will only trigger review 1 but if you resume back to leave it will be counted as 2 different absents
