Yes I am a rep and proud to be one. With a tough year ahead of us I am really looking forward to this years Conference should be a dooozy with the ballot due .

I have a 98% yes vote in my office after a straw poll however what worries me at every ballot is people who do not vote. Do you feel the same way peeps????

sure do,i just hope people dont get there ballot papers and think i wont bother as it will be a yes vote anyway,the last thing we want is apathay across the membership

Yes you are right, so strong is the feeling we will win apathy will set in.
That is more difficult to address than the issues around the vote.
I recently had a ballot for a slight alteration to IPS times and even handing vote slips out by hand and collecting them in the office 20% did not vote !!!!!!
