having recently had the "Due out time Calculator " used against me it seems to be a very blunt tool using averages which must work against me as i have one of the biggest deliveries in the depot....

But it's imprecision is why your union rep ought to be all over this and not allow it to be used against you?

We get silly times like 0842 and that's when I am half way through my break or 0830 when sometimes we are just off ips
