When does 1 weeks holiday carried over end up giving you 3 days to pick? This is the bullshit that my line manager or should I say the person employed as a manager is telling me. Why on earth are these people employed to manage when there is no confidence in them to do the jobs there supposed to? Trying to cheat you out what your due. Where can we as employees have a vote of no confidence in line managers all over the country to get them out, to get offices run by people who are qualified to hold such a post. It's soul destroying

It sure is mate... and seems to be getting worse by the day... yet at the top of the CWU it's business as usual... in your particular case you need to take out a grievance in an attempt to gain a resolution... I say 'attempt' as the business fails to follow it's own procedures in many cases... good luck...
