We have had our Revision completed over a Year Ago.
But we have not had a Re-Sign / Re-pick
It keeps getting put off for any old lame reason.
Also I have heard, We should of had
a vote on weather to accept the revision or not, But this has not happened.
Just Wondering is this true as our Rep seems to turn a blind eye to this ???
Our duty delivery times should of been balanced to equal about the same time,
according to the revision process. But this does not seem to be the case.
And we have Part Time staff that seem to of been of given there own Duties
In front of more senior members. There is no need for this considering the
duty time structure for each delivery should of been about the same. I am
sure this is why they are avoiding doing the re-sign. Seniority Surely should
apply to the Re-pick, Any Thoughts and advice on this Please.

certain duties can be "ring fenced" to suit part timers
ie 3 day week staff
on our re-pick 3 years ago i had a few years service on a few who got a guaranteed duty, union reps idea

We are still all on 6 days, 1 rotational day off, (All part timers as well, And they seem to be taking all of our Rounds).
To lazy to work out changes required for 1 in 4 Saturday off (Manager even said to area rep we were not interested "Absolute Rubbish").
Rep wanted 1 in 4 off, But just does what the manager wants no Balls no Voice.
But at the least the Rep has a easy round and a easy time, Even went Part Time after a considerable pay out 10K +.

our rep pushed hard to remain on 1-6, on the 1-4 option, the proposed sat finish was say 3pm but on the 1-6 sat he knocked the meal relief off to show 13:20 finish to make it more appealing.
