ordering uniform

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong place,

I have created my account on the royal mail website and then went to order some uniform online, however its not the same username and password apparently, i read abit into it and it says i should have been provided with the details for logging into the uniform order section??

Where would this info be?

I ve tried a few times to get on the site and it always ends up saying contact I.T. :hmmmm

im getting bored of asking them to do it as they forget, how do i access the online ordering way?

Username is your pay number

Password is either Delivery or Deliveries, note the capital D

phone the helpline bud and your be amazed they really do help and sort the problem just phoned myself and all done and ordered though the website :thumbup

Easier to order through a line manager as it seems like everything always needs authorising
