Job & Finish should still stand
Am I right in saying until the new deal is set then we should be still on job & finish as it was a signed deal before hand. My manager says it went out the window on Monday but that can't be right surely?

the thing is they seem to think that if this flexibilty comes in,that we,re going to do extra work...hows does that work, everybody will work to thier time and thats it..theyre not going to get any extra work done just because they do away with job and finish..
everybody will do thier duty and work to thier time..

Truth is nobady really knows what the f*** is going on every office is working to its own agenda. Managers havent got a clue what to do Area managers are all waiting as THOSE TWO TOSSERS FIDDLE WHILE ROME BURNS. Never before has such a great insitution been reduced to such a shambolic mess so qiuckly. They all wait to here what the great dictator Leighton spouts in his next utterings. Meanwhile hard working individuals suffer to protect the service . And scsbs just leach off the missery. F*** IM DEPRESSED WHERES MY PINT.

'Task and finish' is part of the national SDD agreement mate.Beforenineoclockgoodone wrote:Am I right in saying until the new deal is set then we should be still on job & finish as it was a signed deal before hand. My manager says it went out the window on Monday but that can't be right surely?
That agreement still applies.
Someone is trying to pull a fast one there.
No surprise about managers being lying toads.....but what happened to your rep knowing what's what?
