Our DIM insisted that we should flex today to enable deliveries to be completed, Told him I would not be doing that as Flexing is a request not an order, and he only told us when we were tying up, not before 0930 as stared in agreement.

Surely if the manager wants you to finish 30 mins later than normal he should give you more notice than that? What if you have an important engagement. I wouldn't be happy going into work thinking I was finishing at 3:30 then finding out at 9:30 I was finishing at 4:00.

All delivered in our office.a bit of a moan cos of the 2 day window span,but no bother really,its another d2d simle as that,and yes an add hoc payment wouldn't have gone a miss,but cant see it happening,oh well.maybe a delivered by royal mail stamp on them for a bit of pride etc? another chance missed?i can well see in big offices,it must have been a pain to deliver?but that's what we do.and the so called revision all the rounds should be the same time wise? if only,!!! and where was page 3? any thoughts? come on England !!

On a trolley loop with 140 delivery points the papers took up nearly all of one bag. If it had been any heavier with packets or say it had rained it would have been a total calamity literally all the papers would be trashed after 15 mins torrential rain.
