Hello just a quick question. Without going into to much detail I'm currently off sick.
I spoke to OH and I asked about when I would eventually return to work OH informed me that the maximum for phased return was 3 weeks and each office is different in what they will allow.
I was always under the impression OH was the ones who recommended the phased return time scale and not my manager telling OH what he will allow.
Is this correct? Thanks

Who is OH? I've been signed off for 3 weeks and am due back this Friday on light duties. I was referred to ATOS who I spoke to last week, and they agreed that I would return gradually beginning with 3 hours a day sorting and prepping. When I asked her if I'd be getting paid for just 3 hours a day she said she didn't know. I can't afford to lose money so does anyone know if this is the case and I'll only get paid for 3 hours a day to start with?
