complaint against Union rep
Who should I contact if I want to complain about our Union rep. We only have 1 rep at our office and Im banging my head against the wall with him. His attitude stinks and is offering me no help at all.

vote him or her out when it comes up but perhaps other people think hes good.trouble is union rep theres always someone whos not happy.

The guy is paying for a service, a service he expects to be fulfilled.
I know reps don't get paid for what they do, hence why the first part of your answer was OK.

perhaps you should ask your rep why they aren't telling you what you want to hear.
At present one in our office is spouting pure drivel. e.g. he doesn't agree with the MTSF or more recently those who the equality act is likely to apply will not be accommodated.
As the div rep said to him "your opinion doesn't matter it's a national agreement" and still he persists.

The rest of the workforce initially to ensure that your not a lone voice.
