Lads just book the docket or leave the loops before u leave the office so it's covered massive contract for us 21million and will most defiantly secure future jobs. I know managers are w*****s but this is for us in the long run have an easy day loops off or book it

Told manager today that I am not working over and will cut if need be. If the workload is like this Thursday I ve not a chance in getting 300 newspapers delivered on top of the mail.

There's no incentive for us to do this. Just makes a hard job harder and expect grief when I will refuse to overrun. Doing normal junk mail in three days is bad enough without thur/fri shite. £21 million for rm we get f**k all.

Me and my partner will be cutting off,the duty is way over length,I'm 30 hrs and have loads of prep to do when I get in anyway so this will just add to it,more time inside,less time outside,not my problem boss.

What makes me laugh, is the fact that the bozos we slave for, made most walks/loops so blinking big, and now are hell-bent on making workloads ever bigger.

Keep it going guys this is the one place where you have a voice to express your opinion on this matter.
Enough is enough. Would it of hurt for them to give us £20 - £30 bonus for this, If they get away with it this time
you can expect a lot more of this. I am not anti RM as even I can see this promotion is good for the company.
But this could of been managed much better. So Come On RM what are you playing at.
Our Deliveries are already too Big since the Revisions. You are pushing us too far Now stop taking the ????
I Recommend You all Do the job properly, But if you don't complete cut off. This could be a good opportunity
to make a stand.
