Charity from wages

Hi, can anyone tell me who to get in touch with regarding charitable deductions from wages.... Not only am i donating to a charity i didnt choose they are taking double what i agreed....FFS!

Payroll will help you, if you want to cancel, then just tell them.

I wanted to donate to Save the children and got some bumpf thru post off a UK Kids charity im now donating to also they didnt cancel my previous donation (I think) hence the double on the amount, useless.... Thanks for Payroll advice

You need to write a letter to say you want to cancel , they won't cancel over the phone I tried it :Very Happy

Talking of money bein ripped from wages,,is there an agreement that they can take money from you're wage regarding overtime . Few weeks in a row ,some guys have had a cpl hours and a bit overtime , 20 mins under a cpl days , so 40 mins missing from o time on wagesl . Can they do this ?.. Never work my day off but if they do this what's to stop them if you work you're day off and u finish early take that off you're overtime wage too?????? Is there an agreeeementtttttttttt??

Its called banking hours and RM wanted it on an annual basis, but it got knocked back. In essence no there is no agreement and they cannot do it, however being a realist anyone who does kick off about it should make sure they are finishing at the correct time every day or expect RM to play hardball.

Where incompetent or rogue managers get it wrong is when they are using the 30 minute flexibility, but that isn't compulsory, and its only for unseen or unusual occurrences.
