Applying for royal mail

Hi, I have previously worked for the royal mail and left for other work. Now it is not allowing me to apply for another job. I have emailed asking for answers and have had no reply. was just wondering if there was any idea of why this is happening.

Past employees cant apply on internet, just say you never worked for RM
