Does any one know what days/ hours you are supposed to do on a 32.2 hour contract I have worked out its 7.48 hours a day over 4 days .I am on a full tome duty doing ot to make up 39 hours my manger says ot will stop during summer lapsing I have asked him what days start/finish time I will be on and he doesn't know so if any one can advise me on this whether I should be doing 4 days 5 days or six we are on the wallington system at our do thanks.

there is no set amount of days, it all depends on what the duty has been planned for locally

Shocking that a manager said he didn't know what hours/days he expects you to work. In your situation I'd say, 'righty-o, I'll start counting my hrs from whatever o'clock on Monday and after 32.2 hrs I'm going home for the rest of the week, that ok?' I'd also aim to have some long days at the start of the week if possible, never work a Saturday again!
