Dam, lost my reply, need to start again. Very interesting. Do TNT take the mail out in small pouches like that and leave it in paniers all over their bike? Do they reload mail or is that it? From the video they just appear to be delivering mass mailings, do they have to abide by the same security rules as us or do they just reprint a batch if it gets stolen?

Those TNT cyclists must have a lot of high velocity crashes, since most of their mail seems to end up flying over hedges and onto waste ground.
