I expect to have 2 days taken out of 1 week in which i worked 3 days, and then the same for the next week.
If i work 3 days (which i did last week) then surely i'm entitiled to be paid for it?

I have it on good authority that they are taking 4 days pay from our wages this week it is to try to make people work through the strikes. All it will do is make people even more angry and if so we should all walk in the morning to show these C**ts we aint in no mood to be messed about

I had it more or less confirmed today bt Scotland #2 branch area rep that RM have indeed robbed us of 4 days wages. There was almost anarchy in the South East this morning.

But, it looks to me as though RM WANT us to unoficially strike, so they can impose these ridiculous changes.

Be resolute guys! Don't give in!

4 days deducted?...Yes it is definetly happening.

We had a meeting in our canteen this morning and the DOM had contacted wages in Sheffield to confirm that they are taking 4 days from our wages this week in one go. DOM looked up the wages to confirm this on his computer system. They claim we are only paid a week behind for overtime! This is the first time they have paid us in this way.

He said that it wasn't wages decision but someone way above that...3 guesses who that might be then?!!
We nearly walked out because of it but decided against it as some say that's what the Royal Mail would want us to do so thay can then turn to the public and blame us for all the backlog of mail.

They are doing this to try and piss us off so that we will walk out on unofficial action. I know it will be hard living for the next week one 1 days wages. Our union rep is going to the newspapers to tell them exactly whats going on.

The public only believe what they read and hear on the news and if we had walked out the mamnagement would have made us to be the ones trying to cause all the hold up with the backlog.

If they are going to take 4 days out this week, I think the shite is gonna hit the fan for RM tomorrow. It does'nt surprise me that they would do this, spiteful & vindictive spring to mind.

That's what they want. The shite hits the fan and we all walk out on unofficial. Thta's the only reason they are doing it this way.
It does make everyone angry but if we walk out on unofficial, we'll be the ones who are made to look like the bad guys.
